Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems Partners on Gated Community Project in Harrisonburg Virginia

Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems and Dutch Way Fence completed the first ever gated community project in the city of Harrisonburg, Virginia.  Dutch Way Fence contacted Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems to work with them on the automated gates and access controls at The Commons American Campus.  The community located near James Madison University was upgrading to a gated community to increase the safety of students and residents and making it more attractive to potential residents.

Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems assisted on the layout and design of the automated gates for this project.  The residents have secure and convenient handheld transmitters for quick and secure access. A linear telephone entry system was installed so residents can control visitor access.  The telephone entry systems also serves as a quick and easy alternate entry method for residents that don’t have a remote with them for any reason.  The gate system also has redundant, reliable and secure systems for fast local fire and emergency service access.  Parents can feel more at ease when they send students to college with them living in a well planned gated community.

Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems is also committed to maintaining the automated gates with a  regularly scheduled preventive maintenance program and 24/7 service department should the need arise.  Starting with the preventive maintenance at installation will ensure the community extends the life of the equipment for years and dramatically reduces down time.

Our commitment to high-quality gate installation and service has made Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems the premier supplier in the region of automated gates, crash rated barriers, turnstiles and access controls.
